Which adventure activities are included?

Over 90 activities are built into cover as standard, including trekking, backpacking, winter sports, and volunteering. Your quote confirms the exact activity list for your trip.

Do I need to add activities separately?

Usually no. If your activity is already on our covered list, it is included automatically. Specialist scenarios like racing or professional activity may need an upgrade.

Is emergency helicopter evacuation covered?

Yes. Medically necessary helicopter evacuation is covered under emergency medical benefits, including remote locations where ground transfer is not possible.

Can one policy cover multi-country travel?

Yes. You stay covered across multiple countries within your selected area of cover, and long trips can be insured for up to 12 months.

Are pre-existing medical conditions covered?

Declaring pre-existing medical conditions is optional. If you declare a condition, the medical screening service will confirm whether it can be included, whether any special terms apply, and whether an additional premium is needed. If you choose not to declare, cover can still apply for unexpected accidents, emergencies, and unrelated illnesses, but claims connected to an undeclared pre-existing condition are excluded.
