Terms of Business
Please read our Terms of Business carefully. This document outlines who we are, the services we provide, and your rights as a customer.
1. Introduction
Welcome to WorldMore. These Terms of Business set out the basis on which we provide our services to you. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing travel insurance policies through our platform.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Business at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Our Services
WorldMore provides an online platform designed to help you compare and purchase travel insurance policies. Our service involves providing you with access to carefully curated insurance products that meet a variety of travel needs.
We act as an intermediary, facilitating the arrangement between you and the respective insurance providers. We do not underwrite the policies ourselves, nor do we provide personal financial advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a particular policy suits your individual circumstances.
3. Customer Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when applying for an insurance policy. Failure to disclose relevant information (such as pre-existing medical conditions) may invalidate your policy or result in claims being rejected.
You must thoroughly review your policy documents upon receipt to ensure all details are correct. If you identify any errors or wish to make changes to your policy, you must notify us immediately.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You have a statutory right to cancel your policy within 14 days of purchase or receipt of your policy documents (whichever is later) without giving any reason, provided you have not traveled or made a claim. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team. Refunds for cancellations made within the cooling-off period will be processed promptly. Cancellations requested after this period may be subject to administration fees and pro-rata charges, depending on the specific policy terms.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure that the information on our platform is accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability. Our liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services is strictly limited to the extent permitted by law.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial disputes, or systemic failures.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Business and any subsequent contracts arranged through our service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorldMore operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
